"My experience with Majestic Tent and Event was stellar. I had a large backyard reception of about 300 guests. Both of the owners, Mr. Tatum and Mr. Dunning, came to personally assess the job and create the bid, which I thought was awesome. Where on earth can you still get this kind of service? Not to mention since I am not originally from here, I worked closely with Donnie (their brilliant on-site event coordinator) to get referrals for other services. Every time any service or meeting of any sort was set up, everyone from the owners to the setter-uppers (I don't know what to call those guys), arrived five minutes early with everything loaded. They were all very professional, really knew their stuff, and made me feel completely at ease. They handled everything from the catering equipment and reception lighting to the tents, from the staging and dance floor to the portable coach restrooms. Everything was so clean it was hard to believe that they were rentals, and the employees were so courteous and helpful, it was almost as if everyone owned a share in the company. The prices were mid-range, definitely not the cheapest, but nowhere near the highest in the area (believe me, I shopped around.) All in all, I just can't say enough about the incredible service I received with these guys. To me, that makes it all worth the few extra pennies I spent. I will definitely be using them again."

I used their services in March for my daughter's birthday party. The weather was predicted to be bad on the original day of the party. The lady from the office called me to reschedule for the next day. I thought that was very considerate and accommodating. The day of the party, I was a little nervous because the delivery men was not there at the quoted time, but they did show up with plenty of time to spare. They were quick with the setup for the bounce house, popcorn machine and snow cone machine. Everyone with Majestic Tent & Event made it a memorable birthday for my daughter. I would use them again.
